As a plurimedia vector of information, the Web made a fundamental break in the field of digital contents processing which now forces the experts in this domain to be able to analyze and to merge contents of radically different nature from their discursive genre and their mediologic nature (video and image data , text data, audio data and digital data).
Under the aegis of Cap Digital, the workshop suggests to present a state of the art of plurimedia web intelligence, based on the presentation of the results of two important structuring R&D projects, in the field of plurimedia research and information analysis: Infom@gic, industrial research project and Quaero.
